Good morning all,
The word of the day is “receive.” When reading the Word, sometimes it seems as
if JC had to do a bunch of convincing. In the passage today we read that the Savior
knew that he must do work in the name of the Father; and for each who received
him they would have eternal life and security through that name.
“For if you believed Moses, you would believe me; for he
wrote of me.”
~Jn. 5:46
My question is this: Do you believe that God will use you
for His eternal purpose? Those who receive the Son as Savior are doing so with the
hope that God will fulfill that purpose.
I pray this morning that each of you understands that the Lord has given
you the opportunity to live in his goodness.
Take some time and realize the cool things that God will do through you.
